The field day will cover grain and vegetable production, harvesting, processing, and storage. Participants will also learn do-it-yourself plant breeding techniques. Registration is not required.

Directions: Shakefork Community Farm in located at 7914 Highway 36. From Highway 101, go about 7.5 miles east on Highway 36. The driveway is on the right just before the new Carlotta Fire Station. Look for the yellow diamond shaped sign with a black fire truck on it and the mailbox marked with the street address.
