Organicology is an interactive educational format designed to meet the diverse needs of our rapidly expanding trade. The conference offers curriculum designed to advance trade knowledge across a broad front, from seed producers, farmers, distributors and retailers, to researchers, educators, chefs, food policy activists, and of course, eaters.
The 2013 conference will continue to focus on sustainability, farming and seed issues, as well as a wide range of pertinent and timely topics, including the impacts of climate change on agriculture and GE crops.
