You’re Invited: Seed Social in Missoula, Montana

Join OSA’s Kristina Hubbard and Native Seed/SEARCH’s Bill McDorman for a discussion on the politics of seed and building community seed projects. The Seed Social will take place Monday January 21st from 5:30 – 8:00 pm at the Burns Street Commons, located at 1500 Burns Street, Missoula MT.

The event is free and open to the public. Dinner is optional at an additional cost of $8 and requires an RSVP by Friday January 18th. For more information about the Seed Social, or to RSVP, please contact the event organizer with the Mission Mountain Food Enterprise Center, Karl Sutton, by email or (406) 676-5901.

The Seed Social is happening in conjunction with Native Seed/SEARCH’s Montana Seed School (registration is full). It is co-sponsored by Lake County Community Development’s Mission Mountain Food Enterprise and Cooperative Development Center, the University of Montana’s Environmental Studies Program, and the Montana Seed Producer Cooperative Steering Committee.
