Register below to join us at the Midwest Regional Seeds Field Day on September 1, 2021, from 3:00 – 6:00 PM, at Riverbend Farm in Delano, MN. Participants will learn how to select, save, and sell regionally adapted varieties on their farm.
Hear from farmers about how they make selections to improve or maintain crop varieties, and how working with seed companies and universities can strengthen a farm operation. Topics and demonstrations will include region- specific seed saving techniques, useful tools for both small-scale and wholesale seed growers, and more.
Hosted by Organic Seed Alliance and Greg Reynolds of Riverbend Farm, in collaboration with Koby Jeshkeit-Hagen of Seed Sages, and Dr. Julie Dawson of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
