National Organic Standards Board Fall ’23 Meeting

The NOSB meets twice a year to share recommendations and hear directly from the organic community

The National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) hosts public forums twice a year to discuss issues related to the National Organic Program and vote on its final recommendations. Public input from the organic community is critical for members to gain additional perspectives on their recommendations. Comments are invited both orally at the in-person meetings and written in advance. All meetings are free and open to the public.

The NOSB will host its fall meeting this October in Providence, Rhode Island. The public forum will be held October 24–26, 2023, and public comment webinars on October 17 and 19. The deadline to submit written is 11:59 p.m. Eastern on September 28, 2023.

All meeting details including agendas, proposals, public comments, and links to webinars will be available on the NOSB fall meeting page as they become available.
