Organic Seed Alliance is thrilled to announce the addition of two new members to our Board of Directors: Natalia Pinzón Jiménez and Joelle Mosso. Both bring deep expertise, strong values, and a shared commitment to advancing organic agriculture and resilient seed systems.
Natalia Pinzón Jiménez, Ph.D.
Natalia is a passionate advocate for farmer-led innovation and agroecological resilience. She brings years of experience in international agricultural development, community-based food systems, and equitable seed access. Natalia has worked with smallholder farmers in Latin America, led participatory research initiatives, and served as a bridge between grassroots communities and policy spaces. Her insight and leadership will strengthen OSA’s ability to center equity and collaboration in everything we do.
Joelle Mosso
Joelle is a seasoned food safety and quality systems expert with a strong background in organic standards, supply chains, and regulatory policy. She has worked across the organic sector—from field to retail—and has held senior leadership roles in national organic food companies and industry advisory groups. Joelle is especially passionate about ensuring scientific integrity and transparency in organic regulations. Her experience navigating complex policy environments will be a tremendous asset to OSA’s advocacy and systems change work.
Looking Ahead
Natalia and Joelle join a dedicated team of board members who guide OSA’s mission and strategic direction. Their combined knowledge and diverse perspectives will be instrumental as we continue to grow our impact, navigate funding uncertainties, and advance our vision for a more resilient and just organic seed system.
Please join us in welcoming Natalia and Joelle to the OSA community!
