We’re welcoming two new team members to OSA!

Heather Zornetzer
Heather joins us as the Development Associate, where she will support us with fundraising and donor engagement strategies. Heather brings 20 years of experience in participatory research, program coordination, fundraising, grants management, and impact evaluation in international agricultural development and rural community health. From strengthening public health networks across three continents to supporting global food systems projects with CGIAR Alliance, Heather’s expertise will help expand our impact in growing our community of supporters.
Jess Hughes
Jess is our new Communications Assistant. She’ll work to expand our reach and build OSA’s brand across all communications platforms. Jess brings 8 years of experience in marketing communications and design, with a focus on helping purpose-driven businesses grow digitally through web design and content strategy. As a certified herbalist studying holistic nutrition, her commitment to healing foods, regenerative food systems, and community-based advocacy will help strengthen OSA’s voice in advancing seed sovereignty.
