Help us raise $5,000 on Tuesday 5/5 for Washington State’s GiveBIG 2026

GiveBIG 2026 is a 24-hour online fundraising effort supported by the state of Washington – this year on Tuesday, May 5. In 2025, donors raised $95.3 million for nearly 1,300 nonprofit organizations in Washington, and OSA is participating again this year with a goal of raising $5,000 to support the power of seed in the hands of growers!

Donate through Give Big now

Early giving is open 4/28.

ON TUESDAY 5/5, double your donation, thanks to our generous sponsor, PCC Community Markets! Every contribution, regardless of size, plants seeds of positive change for a more sustainable future.

Organic seed is how we farm, it’s what we eat, and it’s what we wear. It’s how we use natural resources. It’s how we adapt. It’s how we impact our environment. It’s how we impact human health. It’s not just organic seed, it’s how we support agricultural resilience. It’s the foundation of organic integrity and an essential component to furthering the principles underpinning the organic movement.

Help grow OSA’s perennial programs – EDUCATION, RESEARCH, ADVOCACY, and OUTREACH – grounded in the desire to increase the quality and quantity of organic seed available to organic farmers by developing networks and connections between seed growers, seed companies, university researchers, policy advocates, and other seed organizations.

Mark your calendar and visit the GiveBIG website to donate to Organic Seed Alliance between now and May 5th.

Thank you! Your support today cultivates the resilient seed systems of tomorrow.

With deep gratitude,

The team at Organic Seed Alliance
