Ticket Pricing

Both In-Person and Virtual tickets are available at different sliding scale price tiers below. In-Person Early Bird pricing ends December 21st, 2026.


SEED (Pricing Level 3):
IN-PERSON: Early Bird $450, After Dec 21st $500
VIRTUAL: $150
  • Consider this option if you’re attending on behalf of an organization or business with an operating budget over $1 million, or if attending as an individual with a relatively high degree of wealth (owning property, taking regular vacations, and having savings or investments).
  • Support at this highest level is crucial now more than ever to help keep ticket prices accessible for others during these challenging times.

SOW (Pricing Level 2):
IN-PERSON: Early Bird $350, After Dec 21st $400
VIRTUAL: $100
  • Consider this option if you’re attending on behalf of an organization or business with an operating budget under $1 million, or if attending as an individual with a relatively moderate degree of wealth—renting comfortably or owning with a mortgage, having some savings, and a stable income with flexibility.

SPROUT (Pricing Level 1)
:
IN-PERSON: Early Bird $300, After Dec 21st $350
VIRTUAL: $50
  • Consider this option if you are a self-supported farmer or student, are under-compensated for your work, or budget carefully for necessities with limited disposable income.

Cancellation Policy

If you’ve registered and are unable to attend, we can offer your registration fees refunded (minus a $30 processing fee) before March 1, 2027. We are unable to refund registration fees for cancellations after March 1, 2027. Registration refunds can not be made due to the registrant’s inability to travel to the conference (e.g., weather, flight cancellations, etc.).

Conference Center and Lodging at the Asheville Crowne Plaza

The Main Conference and Lodging will be held at the Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville (1 Resort Drive, Asheville, NC 28806), a short 8-minute drive from downtown Asheville.

Book guest rooms under our Organic Seed Growers Conference room block rate by 2/21/2027 at midnight. There are several ways to reserve your room:

  • Use the 2027 OSGC booking link, which will automatically add the contracted block dates and the group code.
    • Note: The contracted rooms are marked as “standard room” and could either be a double queen or single king room. To guarantee a king room is an additional $20 per night. Call 828-285-2603 or email efrench@ashevillecp.com to request a specific room type.

  • Call toll-free at 1-844-330-0296 (24/7) to our central reservations call center and mention the group name Organic Seed Growers Conference or the group code OSG to receive the special group rate.

  • Call the local number at 828-285-2603 during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, and ask for in-house reservations, mentioning the Organic Seed Growers Conference.

  • Visit the hotel website, enter the block dates needed, and enter the group code OSG.

  • The Crowne Plaza also has several Villas and/or Suites outside of the room block that must be booked directly with the hotel and are not available through the central reservations office or the online booking link. Please call the hotel directly at 828-285-2635 to book villas/and or suites, as well as any days outside of the contracted dates. 

Transportation:

Flights to Asheville

Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)* is the most convenient airport to fly into, located just 20 minutes south of downtown Asheville and the Crowne Plaza, serving dozens of major airlines. Visit Explore Asheville to book your flight.

*Please note that North Carolina and Asheville Regional Airport in particular are not THC cannabis-friendly. While there are cannabis stores in the state, THC remains illegal in North Carolina.

Alternative airports include Charlotte Douglas International Airport (~2-hour drive to Asheville) and Greenville-Spartanburg, SC (~1.5-hour drive to Asheville).


Driving to Asheville

Getting from the AVL Airport to the Crowne Plaza / Asheville

There is no hotel shuttle from the Airport to the Crowne Plaza. Options include:

  • Car service for groups: Accents on Asheville
  • Car service for individuals: Marvel’s Transportation
  • Renting a car
  • Public transportation
  • Lyft, Uber, Taxi

Getting from the Crowne Plaza to Downtown Asheville

The Crowne hotel offers downtown shuttle service for $8 round trip. The shuttle drops off and picks up hotel guests at a central location in downtown Asheville, convenient to over 250 different shops and restaurants. Shuttle schedule/availability subject to change.


Parking at the Crowne Plaza

Parking is free for everyone at the Crowne Plaza, regardless of whether you are staying there. Spacious, secure, and well-lit parking lot with ample room for large trucks and vehicles pulling trailers.

2027 Organic Seed Growers Conference Registration is live!

Early bird registration is now live for the 2027 Organic Seed Growers Conference in Asheville, North Carolina, and online.

This coming year, we will host two distinct portions of the conference: The In-Person main conference (March 26th – 27th) in Asheville, North Carolina, and the Virtual portion (March 30th – 31st).
