Sheraton Imperial Hotel & Convention Center | 4700 Emperor Boulevard | Durham, North Carolina

Join us for the Southeast Organic Seed Summit at the Sustainable Agriculture Conference November 1-3, 2019. We’re thrilled to be partnering with the Carolina Farm Stewardship Association to host the Southeast Organic Seed Summit as part of their annual conference. We’ll come together for three days of learning, touring, strategizing, and celebrating the growing organic seed movement in the southeast. The seed summit will feature workshops on seed topics including seed production, plant breeding, variety trials, and seed enterprise development, as well as farmer-to-farmer information sharing, networking, and listening sessions. The agenda is still in the works, so check back later this summer for more details.

Our planning team includes Organic Seed Alliance, Carolina Farm Stewardship Association, North Carolina State University, Working Food, RAFI, Southern Exposure Seed Exchange, and Common Wealth Seeds. We can’t wait to see you there!

There are scholarship funds available for farmers to participate. The deadline to apply is September 14th.
