- Campus food security plots – advancing student-led solutions to food access.
- Organic vegetable seed production (OSPREY) – supporting regionally adapted seed for Colorado growers.
- Organic hemp (CBD) pest management – exploring ecological approaches to crop health.
Featured speakers include Dr. Mark Uchanski, Dewanshi Kumari, Dr. Eduardo Gutierrez-Rodriguez, Jane Davey (Horticulture and Landscape Architecture), James Larson (Rams Against Hunger), and Max Schmidtbauer (Agricultural Biology).
