Cascadia Grains’ Deconstructing Dinner

Join OSA’s Micaela Colley for the Cascadia Grains’ Deconstructing Dinner event on Friday, January 17th. The event is a paired dinner at The London Plane that explores the historical and nutritional aspects of Pacific Northwest grown grains in celebration of the annual Cascadia Grains Conference. This will be an intoxicating journey from seed to plate and we hope to see you there!

Cost: $90 includes courses from Finnriver, Nash’s Organic Produce, and Barn Owl Bakery, and paired alcohol from Fremont Brewing and Cooperworks Distilling and Tasting Room.
