August 25, 2017
3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. | College of the Redwoods Farm | 409 Shively Flat Road | Shively, CA 95565

Join Organic Seed Alliance and College of the Redwoods for a summer field day and tasting on August 25th. We’ll hear about sweet corn trials being held out on the farm, get a chance to taste the results, and tour trials out in the field. In addition, students from the farm will have produce available for sale. Come on out, learn about sweet corn trials in the area, and let us know how you like the taste of our work.

This event is free and all are welcome!

Directions to College of Redwoods Shively Farm from the College of the Redwoods campus:
Take 101 South past Scotia. When you see the sign for Pepperwood Avenue of the Giants exit, take this exit and go through Pepperwood, and look for the small Shively sign. Turn left, go down the dirt road and across the summer bridge. Follow the gravel bar to the pavement. At the “T” in the road, turn right. This is Shively Flat Road. At the bend in the road, turn left of School Road. Look for the tall metal deer fence gate on the left and turn there. Go down this gravel driveway to the farm house and barn. (See map)
