10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. | 26253 485th Street | Vergas, Minnesota

CANCELLED DUE TO FORECAST OF SNOW  Join North Circle Seeds (NCS) and Organic Seed Alliance for a Field Day on North Circle Seeds‘ farm in Vergas, MN. The event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on October 12th. NCS and OSA are collaborating on a seed production trial on five different crops, to be produced and marketed through NCS’s grower collective. We will tour the seed plots, showcase and demonstrate the winnow wizard and seed cleaning aspirator for cleaning both large and small seeds, demonstrate wet seed fermentation, discuss seed storage options, and host a seed swap highlighting seed stories. Be sure to stick around for the Deep Roots Farm-to-Table Festival a few miles away at 5:00 p.m. the same day!

This event is free and open to the public. No pre-registration is requested.
