• Encourage learning and mentorship opportunities for the intern you host, and to allow adequate time and accommodations for interns to learn the art and science of seed including time to attend the online course if that is part of their program.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in your hiring practices and to foster a safe and positive work environment.

• OSA plays no role in placing or hiring interns on host farms nor in the employee-employer relationship between host farms and interns
