Gratitude & Growth – My Farewell from OSA

As my internship with OSA comes to a close, I just want to say thank you—from the bottom of my heart—to the entire team and the incredible seed community. Being a part of this organization has been one of the most fulfilling chapters in my journey so far.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be graduating this May with a degree in Marketing, Events, and Hospitality. As I prepare to walk the stage, I’m also getting ready to officially launch my event planning business, ALovEra Curations—where creativity, culture, and community come together. I’ve learned so much from coordinating during my time at OSA, especially while supporting the Organic Seed Growers Conference. The experience deepened my appreciation for intentional planning, collective effort, and the magic that happens when passionate people come together.

I’ve also started growing veggies at home—lettuce, peppers, herbs—and I find so much joy (and healing) in the process. It’s a reflection of how this internship has helped plant seeds in my personal life too. I’ll be stepping into a season where I can focus more on motherhood, while still staying open to freelance opportunities.

This isn’t goodbye forever—I would love to return and help coordinate the next conference if the opportunity aligns. Until then, I’ll be cheering OSA on from Dallas and taking everything I’ve learned into the next phase of this beautiful journey.

With love and gratitude,
Taylor Crosby
