Produced by the Culinary Breeding Network: Join us for the Sagra del Radicchio e Fagioli – an epic community lovefest – a celebration of radicchio, beans and the passionate people who grow, cook and gather around them.

This year’s Sagra also marks the release of Radicchio: A Celebration of the Beloved Italian Vegetable – a book born from this community and celebrating the growers, chefs, breeders, and eaters who helped transform radicchio from a little-known Italian vegetable into a movement.

Inspired by the Italian tradition of a sagra – a festival honoring local food and community – this joyful culinary experience celebrates the flavors and possibilities of the winter table.

Taste your way through 40 tables curated by farmers, plant breeders, chefs, and makers from the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Explore the wide world of chicories and pulses alongside other unsung heroes of the winter table.

The first 90 minutes will bring together the food and farming community for connection and collaboration before doors open to the public at 4:30 pm for an afternoon of tasting, learning, and celebrating together.
