Bio

Prairie Road Organic Seed cultivates seed plots of 30+ acres within our 500 acre certified organic farm located in Southeast North Dakota in Zone 4b. We produce 80 varieties of open pollinated vegetables, herbs, flowers, garlic and cover crops under a dry-land farming system. We conduct continual selection for drought and heat tolerance, agronomic performance, quality and flavor. Seed savers and farmer breeders for over 35 years; contract seed producers for over 20 years.
